The Reglazing Process

The reglazing process is quick and efficient. Reglazing is a low-cost and minimal waste solution for your bathroom project.

The process takes between 1.5 - 3.5 hours, depending on the job.
After 24 hours of curing,
 it is ready to use.

Step 1

Remove old caulking & strip old paint (when necessary).

This tub was an original green tub. The client wanted to modernize their bathroom by making it white.

Step 2

Prep the tub using special cleaning products.

Our pink etch strips the surface and ensures the epoxy grips properly.

Step 3

Repair any damage (i.e. scratches, dents, rust, etc.) and re-caulk around the tub.

We use a body filler to fill in any cracks or damage. Then we sand it smooth so it's no longer visible.

Step 4

Protect surrounding tiles and fixtures using tape, paper, and drop clothes.

This ensures the surrounding area is protected from overspray.

Step 5

Spray epoxy onto surface. Remove paper and tape coverings & perform a quality check.
